NextGen Leadership Hub 2026
The NexGen Leadership Hub 2026 is a transformative educational program designed for young leaders aged 13-17 who want to deepen their understanding of international relations, global governance, and leadership. By enrolling in this program, students receive a unique opportunity to engage with university-level coursework, gaining essential skills and knowledge that will set them apart in their future academic and professional endeavors.
Why This Program Matters:
In today’s globalized world, effective leadership requires not only knowledge but also skills in communication, negotiation, and critical analysis. Through the NexGen Leadership Hub, students gain practical experience in these areas while exploring the role of the United Nations and pressing global issues, such as climate change, human rights, and global health.
This course goes beyond traditional education, providing students with a comprehensive toolkit to navigate complex international challenges and become well-rounded, informed global citizens.
Program Benefits:
While still in school, students gain early exposure to university-level concepts and materials, allowing them to develop advanced skills in diplomacy, research, and public speaking.
Earn 4 Certificates in 1 Program: Successful completion of the program will earn you:
1. A Leadership Certificate from the Powerful Management, Leadership & Technology Center
2. A Model United Nations (MUN) Participation Certificate, recognizing your hands-on
experience in international diplomacy.
3. Two Certificates for the Participation in the Conferences organized by PMLT.

Summer Camps for Kids & Teens (Ages 11–18)
These camps offer a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for students to build Leadership, Public Speaking, Global Awareness, and Negotiation Skills in a dynamic, collaborative environment — all while experiencing life on a top U.S. university campus.
Interactive Lessons include:
